Quote of the Day
Successful people are always looking for opportunities to help others. Unsuccessful people are always asking, "What's in it for me?"&nbsp; - Brian Tracy <br /> The reasonable man adapts himself to the world; the unreasonable one persists in trying to adapt the world to himself. Therefore all progress depends on the unreasonable man.

Life Discovery Program - written by Eileen Quik in Mandarin (translated by Jean Hoo)

Now, I am a woman living out my happiness!
I am very contented with what I have in every present moment. I can easily declare that I am living up to my promise to myself: staying in my desired environment, doing the things I like!

I used to be a very pessimistic person, I would always worry about any circumstances that has not happened. I was always having the thought that I was not recognized by my family members. As this went on and snowballed, I even had suicidal thoughts.

I have always loved to be in the education industry, yet I did not have the courage to go into this industry just because I do not have a good SPM. To make things worse, I do not even have a college degree, and so I concluded that I have not earned the right to be a teacher.

I would create excuses and reasons convincing myself why I was not suitable and why I could not be one. The truth is that all these are the causes of low self-esteem. To make things worse, I did my very best to protect myself, by putting on an extremely thick layer of coat and hoping others would not discover it!

However, my subconscious was constantly seeking others' approval, and has been giving in to others' expectation to pass the time.

I am very glad that I met Jason, the Ontological Life Coach! Fortunately, I made the decision to attend the "Life Discovery" Program facilitated by him which gives me a new life. I have never thought that I will be given another chance for a life change at the age of 42. And it really happened.

Now, I have overthrown my past self!
Now, I live for my own purpose, with a new heart towards new vitality.
Now, I will not hesitate to write the script of my life!
Now, I am willing to believe what I have to believe, and have the courage to create new possibilities for my life!
Now, I promise my inner 5-year-old child to do the things she likes and to stay in her desired environment!
Now, I find out that I am too harsh on myself and do not love me.
Now, I learn to accept! Let the past be past, let the future be future, at this present moment, I am ME!
Now, I know how to love ME and choose to be happy!
Now, I am conscious about being responsible to Me!
Now, I choose to face my negative emotion with no judgement and stay on without quitting!
Now, I like the New me, loving me, loving others, loving life!
Now, I am the master to put meanings in my life, I take charge of my own life

I attended Life Discovery Program in June 2010, and November 2010, I set up my own picture books library. I am proud of my effort, courage and accomplishment! In this present, I am putting all my best to implement "I read, I enjoy, I love sharing."

All I want now is to share picture books daily, and this is my favourite thing! My life is full of passion and enthusiasm towards work. I am doing what I am designed for and have a dream to pursue. Most importantly, I have my happiness.

I take this opportunity to invite you to take on this Life Discovery Program led by Jason. Give yourself a chance to design your own life script. I would also like to thank Jason for putting his love and effort in this work.
